This year has been extraordinary at Land Life. Together, we’ve planted over 2 million trees, piloted innovations in biodiversity and tree planting, and made an impact and made an impact worldwide. And none of this would have been possible without you.

To show our gratitude, we’re gifting you one special tree in Iceland.

You might’ve heard this Icelandic joke:
“What do you do if you get lost in an Icelandic forest? Stand up!”
(Hvað gerir þú ef þú villist í íslenskum skógi? Stendur upp!)

Since 2021, we’ve worked with the Icelandic Forest Service to bring life back to areas in need of restoration. Our pilot project covered 136 hectares across two sites, focusing on creating resilient forests to enhance biodiversity and support natural regeneration. With ambitious goals to reforest 1.3 million hectares in the coming decades, we’re hopeful that, in time, this joke about Iceland’s forests will be a thing of the past.
